The Great Abaco Barrier Reef is less than 50 feet offshore and offers many varieties of beautiful coral like, Elkhorn, brain and star, as well as a large variety of marine life. There are smaller coral gardens that are the perfect location for beach entry diving, divers can walk into the crystal clear water and be just a few kicks away from a true diving experience.
When visiting Great Guana Cay, it's a must to go to Nippers Bar & Grill; a favorite local drinking spot situated on the Atlantic shore which boasts one of the best views in the Abacos. Don’t miss the Sunday pig roast and try one of their frozen "Nipper's" the house drink - just beware, it's easy to lose count...
